Account Password Reset |
- Use this form if you have lost your real account password or have forgotten it, FxPulp will reset a new password for you so you can access your account again and set a new password.
- The new password will be sent to your e-mail address that is specified in your records with us.
- Once you receive it via your e-mail, make sure to change it internally in the platform from (Tools) menu, (Server) tab.
- For managed accounts through FxPulp Po Station, you can change your account password from (File) menu, (Change Password) command.
- Make sure to carefully read and follow the instructions and notes enclosed in the form before sending it to us.
